1) Using LightMapp
By using the LightMapp app or website (the “Service”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 and meet any higher minimum age required by local law. If you are a minor, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.
2) Your account
Provide accurate account information, keep your login details secure, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for your use of your account.
3) Responsible use
Use the Service lawfully and respect others. Do not post illegal or abusive content, harass or threaten people, impersonate others, send spam, infringe anyone’s rights, or interfere with the Service’s security or operation.
4) Content and ownership
You retain ownership of your content. You give us permission to store, process, and display it only as needed to operate the Service, consistent with your sharing choices. You must have the rights needed to share it. LightMapp retains its rights in the Service’s software, design, and branding.
5) Privacy and third parties
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Third-party links and services have their own terms and policies. We do not control their content or availability.
6) Changes and ending use
We may update or discontinue features. You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We may remove content or suspend access for violations of these terms, or when necessary for security or legal reasons.
7) Availability and liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
8) Updates and contact
We will post updated terms here and give reasonable notice of material changes before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the revised terms, where permitted by law.
